We are fortunate to live in one of the best wine growing regions in the world.  In order to help share the diversity of these northwest wines with our guests, we created our Winemaker's Dinner series. Each month we feature a new local winery with our Winemaker’s Dinner (and also on our wine flights). For the Winemaker’s Dinner, a representative of the winery (often the owners) will present and discuss the wines. Each wine is carefully paired with each course of the meal to create a wonderful dining experience.
